Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Perry Park Water and Sanitation District will be holding the following meetings during 2026 at the Perry Park Water and Sanitation District Office located at 5676 W. Red Rock Drive, Larkspur, Colorado and via Zoom.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Perry Park Water and Sanitation District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Perry Park Water and Sanitation District may consider increasing the District’s rates, fees and other charges at open public meeting to be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 and at District office located at 5676 Red Rock Drive, Larkspur, Colorado 80118 or via Zoom.

On December 5, 2025 Perry Park Water and Sanitation District received the fourth quarter of 2025 Combined Radium test results indicating the level of radium in our water supply was 5.3 pCi/L. This level puts the District’s four-quarter average at 4.15 pCi/L which is below the EPA and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s (CDPHE) Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of 5 picocuries per liter (pCi/L).
At the regularly scheduled December board meeting of the Perry Park Water and Sanitation District, the Board adopted the 2024 sewer rates.
